Federated Network Source of Truth
A federated automation model lets each organization own its network source-of-truth while sharing schemas, validation rules, and telemetry contracts across vendors and service providers.
Thesis
Network management power moves away from a single vendor portal toward interoperable sources of truth, signed change pipelines, and telemetry interfaces that multiple tools can consume.
Bitcoin / decentralization role
The decentralization role is federation and vendor-neutral coordination; Bitcoin is not central because the primary trust problem is operational provenance, schema compatibility, and change validation.
Coordination mechanism
Operators publish intended state in source-of-truth systems, validate changes through CI, push configurations through open interfaces, and reconcile observed telemetry back against intended state.
